Mediation and Arbitration

• We provide advise about consumers transactions and disputes.
• We advise to our clients in the inclusion of a mediation clause in contracts.
• We also advise  clients for the inclusion of  a clause in contracts by which the parties agree to submit disputes to arbitration (arbitration clause) and we make arbitration agreements in cases that it has not been agreed.
• We draw up  and present the mediation petitions,  complaints, the pertinent claims  and evidence  during the mediation process.
• We represent our clients in  arbitration process, since  the presentation of the complaint, and during all arbitration process.
• We have aptness to be arbitrators. In fact, some members of the Law Firm  are certified arbitrators in  the Center of Conciliation and Arbitration of Panama (CECAP),  Center of Solution of Conflicts (CESCON) and the Center of Mediation, Negotiation and Arbitration (CEMENA).
